We were tasked with creating a promotional video for a new premium residential complex, fully adapted for a 3D anamorphic billboard — a cutting-edge format in outdoor advertising.

We started by building a detailed 3D object based on the developer’s architectural renders. This allowed us to achieve precise CGI visualization and highlight the building’s key features.



We developed a custom stone texture with golden accents to emphasize the premium aesthetic and integrate the visuals into the brand identity of the complex.



To add depth without overloading the render, we used window parallax techniques. We also added a fabric element to create the effect of a reveal or grand unveiling — perfect for an announcement-style video.



A key visual accent was the animation of volumetric titles formed from golden particles — adding a sense of elegance and completion to the scene.



The final result: a full-scale 3D anamorphic billboard, adapted to screen distortions and viewing angles. This project showcases how CGI and 3D animation can transform real estate presentation in the OOH space.
