CGI and Slow-Mo VFX for Chris Brown x Tyla Music Video

We worked on a music video that combined slow-motion effects with a detailed CGI scene centered around an ATM.

The concept immediately stood out to us — we’ve long wanted to experiment with the mix of cinematic slow-mo and computer-generated imagery.

At first glance, the tasks seemed straightforward, but as is often the case in VFX production, the complexity was hidden in the details.

One of the standout scenes featured an ATM bursting with flying cash — created entirely in CG.
We hand-modeled every bill and simulated realistic cloth and wind behavior in 3D.

To achieve the right motion, we used three different gravity settings and wind directions. These subtle nuances brought the scene to life — even if the viewer doesn’t consciously notice them.
